Kalonzo Turns His Back on Ruto and Raila

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has issued a scathing statement rejecting any form of collaboration or dialogue with President William Ruto’s government, labeling it a “rogue and criminal regime.” In a strongly worded Facebook post, Kalonzo made it clear that he wants no association with the current administration or its leadership.

“I will NEVER join this rogue and criminal regime, and I refuse to participate in any type of dialogue with a regime that has our children’s blood on its hands,” Kalonzo posted.

The former Vice President also condemned the recent arrest of civil rights activist Boniface Mwangi, describing him as “a bold and fearless advocate for truth and justice.”

“I also strongly condemn the arrest of civil rights activist Boniface Mwangi, a bold and fearless advocate for truth and justice. I have directed our legal team to do everything they can to ensure his release at the earliest time possible,” Kalonzo wrote.

Kalonzo further accused the Kenya Kwanza administration of using violence, fear, and intimidation as tools of control.

“Make no mistake: the Ruto dictatorship is not interested in peace. It feeds on fear, violence, and intimidation. That is their modus operandi,” he said.

He concluded his post with a powerful call for resistance:

“But we shall not remain silent nor be silenced. The spirit of resistance is alive.”

Kalonzo’s remarks come at a time of heightened political tension, and his position signals a clear and uncompromising stance against the current regime.
